Being a certified personal trainer, plant-based nutrition coach, and meditation instructor, I have the opportunity to motivate and inspire countless other women who not only want to get healthier but change their lives.
I believe your fitness experience should be motivational, safe and full of correct and useful information. I have learned that if these standards are embraced, a woman will create life-altering changes that will produce a healthy lifestyle.
I know that exercising, eating right, and thinking positive can drastically change the way we think about ourselves and our overall health. Through proper education we can learn to make the best of our body, inside and out, and in return learn to be happy with ourselves and what we've been given.
Wellness bootcamps incorporate all aspects of health including active living, plant-based nutrition, plant-based cooking, and mindfulness concepts in an outdoor setting secluded in nature. These mini workshops will leave you feeling energized and full of inspiration to be your authentic self.
